BunsBox is a subscription box service for rabbits run by Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. ('We', 'Us'). Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. is located in Victoria, BC, Canada. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to BunsBox ('the Service') via our website BUNSBOX.COM ('the Website'). By accessing the Website and/or subscribing to the Service you ('the Customer', 'the Subscriber') signify that you have read and understand the following Terms of Service.
We will not release your personal or payment information to third parties for any use other than payment processing and order completion (including order shipment via Canada Post), unless we are required by law to disclose your information or if you violate our Terms of Service.

You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that your login or password has been or may be used without your permission so that appropriate action can be taken. We are not responsible for losses or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your login and password.
You can manage your BunsBox subscription settings at any time by logging into your account on BUNSBOX.COM. Please contact us if you require assistance managing your account settings or cancelling your subscription to the Service.
Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. ships to all addresses in Canada. We reserve the right to change our flat rate postage fees at any time. We rely on Canada Post to deliver our packages. We ship BunsBox orders on the 20th day of each month, or next business day. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates and may be subject to change without notice. Please note that postal and/or international border delays may occur which are out of our control.
To request a return/refund, please contact us and describe the reason for your request. If your request is approved by Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co., the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, if possible (less the cost of shipping). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If approved, you will be refunded for the merchandise total and tax, if applicable.
Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. reserves the right to deny a return/refund request for any reason. Products that have been opened or used may not be returned or refunded.
By subscribing to BunsBox, the Customer acknowledges the surprise nature of the Service (i.e., the contents of BunsBox may or may not be revealed to the Customer prior to delivery) and agrees that dissatisfaction with the selection of products included as part of the Service is not a valid reason for return/refund.
You will be notified of the status of your return or refund request via email.
You may cancel your ongoing subscription to the Service by updating your account settings to cancel the Service, or by contacting us with a cancellation request. You must update your account on the Website before the last day of the month to cancel the next month's shipment. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF A BILLING CYCLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT BILLING CYCLE. All cancellation requests received after the last day of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.
Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. may terminate your subscription, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful to our business interests, or for an inactive account. We value a safe and respectful work environment; please note that harassment and/or aggressive communications will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your subscription at our sole discretion.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING IF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN BUNSBOX ARE SUITABLE FOR USE OR CONSUMPTION BY YOUR RABBIT. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSURANCES REGARDING ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Service or your reliance on information in any content on our Website. You AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO ANY PRODUCT INCLUDED IN BUNSBOX SHALL BE ITS REPLACEMENT OR A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER MONTHLY SHIPMENT, IN BUNS BOUTIQUE PET SUPPLY CO.'S DISCRETION.
