BunsBox is a rabbit subscription box service run by Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. ('We', 'Us'). Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. is located in Victoria, BC, Canada. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to BunsBox ('the Service') via our website BUNSBOX.COM ('the Website'). By accessing the Website and/or subscribing to the Service you ('the Customer', 'the Subscriber') signify that you have read and understand the following Terms of Service.

1. Data and Privacy

We will not release your personal or payment information to third parties for any use other than payment processing and order completion, unless we are required by law to disclose your information or if you violate our Terms of Service.

2. Payment Processing

We rely on Stripe for secure payment processing. Please visit the Stripe website at STRIPE.COM to learn more about their payment processing system and how their individual policies may affect you.

3. Local Taxes

You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable.

When you register to participate in the Service on this Website, you may be required to establish a login identifier and a password. You are responsible for protecting your login and password from unauthorized use, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account (including without limitation financial obligations). You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that your login or password has been or may be used without your permission so that appropriate action can be taken. We are not responsible for losses or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your login and password.

You can manage your BunsBox subscription settings at any time by logging into your account on BUNSBOX.COM.  Please contact us if you require assistance managing your account settings or cancelling your subscription to the Service.

5. Shipping Policy

Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. ships to all addresses in Canada and the United States of America. We reserve the right to change our flat rate postage fees at any time. We rely on Canada Post and/or the United States Postal Service to deliver our packages.  We ship BunsBox orders on the 20th day of each month, or next business day. Please note that postal and/or international border delays may occur which are out of our control. 

6. Product Refunds

To request a return/refund, please contact us and describe the reason for your request. If your request is approved by Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co., the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, if possible (less the cost of shipping). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If approved, you will be credited for the merchandise total and tax, if applicable. Products that have been opened or used may not be returned or refunded. We will notify you of the status of your return or refund request via email.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability


Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Service or your reliance on information in any content on our Website. You AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO ANY PRODUCT INCLUDED IN BUNSBOX SHALL BE ITS REPLACEMENT OR A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER MONTHLY SHIPMENT, IN BUNS BOUTIQUE PET SUPPLY CO.'S DISCRETION.

Buns Boutique Pet Supplies Co. does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Website will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove our Website for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without advance notice to you.
